Does NBC Universal replace their merchandise if it is found to be defective at the time of receiving?

As stated on their website, NBC Universal will replace your defective merchandise. The defective merchandise should not be sent back to them because in some cases they collect the item at their expense. If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (e.g.: misprinted, hole in fabric, etc.), contact them by using the "Ask a Question" tab and make sure to include the following information:
- Order number
- Defective item
- Description of the defect
After they determine the nature of the defect, they will arrange for a replacement of your product.
